Where did this guy come from? Who is he? I don't know, but this is about as "pastel" as I get.
This is the result of tooling around in Painter. All done on one layer. No preconceptions. He just kind of appeared. He looks kind of "Gothic" like the beetle-browed moody hero of some 18th century gothic romance.
That's as much insight as I have. What about you?
